California’s Shine the Light Law

We endeavor to substantively respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt, unless we require an extension. Note to Texas Residents: In the event we deny your data rights request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us or calling us at the information provided above. You will receive confirmation of the action being taken regarding your appeal within 60 days of receipt of your appeal.
