Jamie Holzhausen, Executive Director of Human Resources

Jamie Holzhausen is the Director of Human Resources for NorthStar Clean Energy, where he is responsible for ensuring the organization’s human capital programs including compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, culture and organizational development, and enabling the overall business strategy.

Holzhausen has over 20 years of progressive human resources and labor relations experience from multiple industries and Fortune 500 Companies such as: PepsiCo, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Stellantis) and BASF Corporation.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) from Western Michigan University and a Master’s in Labor Relations and Human Resources (MLRHR) from Michigan State University.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family at the lake while showcasing his expertise around the smoker and barbeque.
